Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Each MENASCHE piece is made in small numbers, by hand. Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchase from our New York studio.

United States — Standard shipping (5–7 business days). Complimentary on all orders over $300. Express available at checkout.

International — Worldwide shipping (7–14 business days). Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-orders — Pieces marked Pre-Order ship within 4–6 weeks of purchase. You will receive tracking once your piece is dispatched.

All orders are tracked and insured.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.

Returns — Customer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges — For size exchanges, customer covers return shipping; MENASCHE covers shipping the replacement size, subject to availability.

Final sale — Swimwear, leather goods, archive pieces, and pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective pieces — Contact us within 7 days of delivery at menaschecouture@gmail.com. We will replace your piece or issue a full refund including shipping.
